  • What is the Flix Return feature?

    Flix Return allows Canflix members to report the return of a DVD to us online.

    Canflix.com will ship your next DVD selection to you within one business day of your report. Please note that you can have a maximum of 2 additional DVDs in transit at a time.

    On the day you are putting your DVDs in the mail, go to your FlixList select those titles as Flix Returns. The next day you will get your next selections mailed to you.

    This feature is extended to Canflix members in good standing at the sole discretion of Canflix.com. Since this feature works off the "Honor System", customers that abuse the feature (frequently report a title has been returned when in fact it was not returned) or have frequent lost discs will lose the Flix Return priviledge.
